We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 20 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Certain products are not eligible for return, such as custom items, consumables, or final-sale products.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 -15 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (defect or incorrect shipment).

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us before sending an item for exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or when the return is the result of our error.

ELEVEN Targets stands for premium quality, durability, and sustainable manufacturing

Our products are designed for long-term performance in both professional and recreational archery environments

This Warranty Policy describes what is covered and how customers can receive support in case of manufacturing defects

Warranty Coverage

2.1 Covered Products

This warranty applies to all ELEVEN Targets products including:

  • Layered PE targets
  • EP inserts and EP blocks
  • 3D animal targets
  • Training and competition targets
  • Accessories where applicable

 

2.2 What We Cover

ELEVEN warrants that its products are:

  • Free from manufacturing defects
  • Free from material defects

If a defect is confirmed to be manufacturing related ELEVEN may provide:

  • Replacement of the defective part
  • Store credit
  • Complete replacement of the product
  • Any manufacturing-related defect must be reported within 2 days of delivery to be eligible for warranty consideration.

ELEVEN reserves the right to determine the appropriate solution after evaluation

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  1.  Normal wear from arrow impacts
  2. Wear of replaceable inserts
  3. Ageing from sunlight or weather conditions
  4. Damage caused by misuse such as:
    1. hooting broadheads
    2. Using an unsuitable target type for bow poundage
  5. Improper storage or handling
  6.  Exposure to extreme temperatures
  7. Chemical damage
  8. Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  9. Accelerated wear from heavy club or commercial use
  10. Transport damage caused by third-party carriers

Warranty Conditions

To receive warranty support the customer must:

  1. Provide proof of purchase
  2. Report on the issue promptly after noticing it
  3. Submit clear photos or videos showing the defect
  4. Allow ELEVEN to evaluate whether the issue is manufacturing related

Warranty Claim Procedure

Customers must contact their dealer or ELEVEN directly with:

  1. Product name and size
  2. Batch or serial code if available
  3. Description of the issue
  4. Photos or videos
  5. Proof of purchase

Limitations of Liability

ELEVEN is not responsible for:

  1. Consequential or indirect damage
  2. Damage caused by improper use or storage
  3. Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications
  4. Liability is limited to the original purchase value of the product
